摘要
考察了盐浓度、碱金属离子、表面活性剂组成和总浓度对于SDS/DTAB/碱金属氯化盐水复配系统生成的囊泡平均粒径和多分散指数PdI的影响,调节这些因素可以调控复配系统的囊泡.采用TEM及DLS(动态光散射)技术对囊泡进行了表征,以探求粒径较均一囊泡制备的条件.
The influences of salt concentration , the type of alkali ions , composition and total concentration of surfactant on Z-average hydrodynamic radii and polydispersity indexes ( PdI) of the vesicles formed by SDS/DTAB/alkali chloride aqueous mixed systems have been investigated .The vesicles can be controllable by tuning these in-fluencing factors .In order to explore the conditions for preparing the vesicles with good monodispersity and low PdI, the vesicles have been characterized by TEM and DLS techniques .
