摘要
近年来,我国农村信息化服务队伍不断壮大,队伍建设日趋制度化和规范化,信息化服务队伍培训逐步推进。但是,也还存在一定的问题,主要表现为:农村信息化服务队伍建设规划缺失、从事农村信息服务的人才数量不足、农村信息化服务队伍结构很不合理、工作积极性不高、管理培训水平低。针对上述情况,建议从3方面加以改进,即加强农村信息化服务队伍建设规划管理、多措并举加强农村信息化服务队伍培训、建立农村信息化服务队伍建设长效机制。
In recent years, information service teams in China's rural areas continue to grow, team construction becomes more and more institutional and standard, and information service team training is getting progressive. However, some problems still exist, mainly engaged in: lack of construction planning and number of talents of rural information service team, inconsequence of rural information service team structure, little enthusiasm of information service team of rural job and low level of rural information service team management and training. In views of above situations, suggestions for improvement from three aspects are put forward, which are strengthening the planning and management of rural information service team construction, taking measures to improve rural information service team training and establishing the long-term mechanism construction of rural informatization service team.
