摘要
对快递业人力资源进行供需分析,结合新生代农民工的特点,探究其在快递业就业的可行性,并从社会、政府、企业和农民工自身的角度提出如何实现新生代农民工就业能力的提升,解决他们融入城市的困境。
In this paper, we analyzed the situation of the demand and supply of human resources of the express industry, then in connection with the characteristics of the newgeneral migrant workers, explored the feasibility in improving their employability in the express industry, and at the end, from the perspective of society, government, enterprise and themselves, proposed how to effect the improvement and help them better integrated into the cities.
