摘要
利用1991-2010年我国应用创新型财务人才与区域经济发展指标,基于主成分分析方法建立了一个评价指标预处理模型,协同分析发现我国财务人才和区域物流经济两者之间有着"鱼离不开、水离不开鱼"的关系。并分析了我国区域物流经济发展中财务管理存在的问题,探讨了应用创新型财务人才在促进区域物流经济发展中的作用以及应用创新型财务人才的建设问题。
In this paper, using the index of the applied innovative financial talents and regional economic development in China between 1991 and 2010 and the PCA method, we established an evaluation index pretreatment model, and identified the close relationship between the financial talents and regional logistics economy in China. Then we analyzed the problems in the financial management in the regional logistics economic development in China, explored the effect of the applied innovative financial talents in promoting the development of regional logistics economy as well as the cultivation of the applied innovative financial talents.
