摘要
详细分析了回收的三种主体模式,即汽车生产商负责回收、汽车生产商联合体负责回收和第三方负责回收。然后,运用层次分析法分析三种回收模式对于汽车生产企业的适合程度,为汽车企业进行报废汽车逆向物流运作模式选择提供决策参考。通过对报废汽车逆向物流在各种运作模式下的成本效益分析来选择最佳的运作模式。
In this paper, we analyzed in detail the three major modes of waste recycling, then used AHP to analyze the selection of scrapped car reverse logistics operation mode by the automobile enterprises. Then through analyzing the cost benefit of the reverse logistics under different operational modes, we identified the optimal operational modes for the enterprises.
