摘要
当突发事故发生后,从多个物资供应点对多个灾害点进行物资调配是一个非常复杂且具有现实意义的问题。建立一个以耗时最少、成本最低为优化目标的数学模型,利用表上作业法对模型求解,得到多种救援物资的整体调配计划,然后从物资在同一灾害点需求紧迫度不同的角度出发,确定各物资向同一灾害点配送时间的先后,最终完成多种救援物资的组合调配任务。
In this paper, we established a mathematic model for the dispatching of emergency materials among disaster points with the shortest time and lowest cost as the objectives, solved it using the table dispatching method, and obtained the general plan for the dispatching of multiple disaster- relieving materials. Then in the view of the urgency of a disaster point's demand for different materials, we determined the order of the distribution of different materials for the disaster point and then completed the combinatorial dispatching task.
