摘要
根据对人类行为的S-O-R经典模式的拓展,从自身感知、判断及操作三个方面对驾驶员的能力特性进行分析,确定了能力特性的分级安全测试指标;建立以安全可信为核心的概念模型,分层次阐述概念模型的安全信任、物流整合以及服务质量的基本要素;基于灰色关联分析原理,研究驾驶员安全可信评价方法,给出了详细的步骤。通过模拟计算与分析,灰色关联分析法可有效用于评价驾驶员的驾驶特性能力,为第三方物流行业的驾驶员选拔、培训和管理提供理论依据和评价方法。
In this paper, in accordance with the extended classic S- O- R model about human behavior, we analyzed the characteristics of the competence of drivers on the aspects of perception, judgment and operation and determined the classification and testing indexes of the characteristics; then we established the conceptual model centered on safety and reliability and introduced the basic elements of the model; at the end, on the basis of the grey correlation theory, we studied the method for the evaluation of the safety and reliability of the drivers and presented the specific steps.
