摘要
在对电子商务环境直销商退货物流最优化决策相关研究综述的基础上,阐述了研究思路和方法,在此基础上构建了电子商务直销商利润最大化的数学模型,并对直销商的最优决策和相关参数约束问题进行了探讨,最后引入市场竞争因素,分析了其对直销商利润的影响,分析了不同市场竞争水平下所产生的退换货政策和退款比率对直销商利润的影响程度和大小,并结合算例对相关结论进行了实证和检验。
In this paper, on the basis of a literature review, we introduced the line of thinking and method of the studies on the optimal decision- making in the product return logistics of e- commerce direct distributors, on such basis established the mathematic model for the maximization of the profit of the distributor, discussed the optimal decision of the distributor and its relevant constraints, and at the end analyzed the influence of market competition upon the profit of the distributor. At last, we verified the finding empirically through a numerical example.
