摘要
基于第三方物流直送工位、直通配送和集货配送三种运作模式,研究了制造型企业在供应物流中实施协同配送的策略及相应案例,并对不同实施策略进行对比分析,明确了不同策略的实施情形。
In this paper, we studied the practical cases of manufacturing enterprises implementing collaborative distribution in their supply logistics, compared the different implementation strategies and clarified the circumstances suitable for each of them.
