Evaluation of Economic Damage of Supply Chain Emergencies Based on Soft-set Heterogeneous SVM

以供应链突发事件经济损失评估指标构建和评估方法改进为目标,首先根据实际中企业可用信息引入软集合方法构建评估指标,并验证以其进行供应链突发事件经济损失评估的可行性。然后,针对评估指标数据的小样本特点,将多类支持向量机方法作为软集合方法的映射函数,得到供应链突发事件经济损失与评估指标之间的关联性。最后,通过案例研究验证采用软集合多类支持向量机方法进行供应链突发事件经济损失评估的可行性和有效性。

In this paper, in view of the information available to enterprises in practice, we introduced the soft- set method to build the evaluation index system for the evaluation of the economic damage caused by supply chain emergencies and then tested its practicality. Next, considering the small- sample characteristic of the data of the evaluation indexes, we adopted the heterogeneous SVM to obtain the correlation between the economic damage of the emergencies and the indexes. At the end, through a case study, we demonstrated the feasibility and validity of the method.
