摘要
根据冷链上下游各个环节的质量数据流向的特点,追溯数据的产生过程,从蔬果的生产、配送以及销售过程三个方面进行冷链系统设计,从而对超市蔬果供应链进行集成,运用无线数据通信、射频识别、传感器等技术,记录每个过程所产生的信息,最终通过超市的大屏幕显示蔬果从产到销过程中的全部信息,从而达到顾客有效甄别高质量蔬果的目的。该研究为不易外观甄别的高质量农产品得不到高价值的问题,提供一种管理技术。
In this paper, in the light of the characteristics of the quality data flow along the various links of the cold chain, we traced back the process of the generation of the data, designed the cold chain on the aspects of the growing, distribution and sales of the fruit and vegetables, then integrated the fruit and vegetable supply chain of the supermarkets, used technologies such as wireless data interchange, RFID and WSN, etc., to record the information generated in every process and at last showed the information of the fruit and vegetables from the place of origin to the place of sales on the LCD displays of the supermarkets so that the customers could identify the quality of the products.
