Simulation and Optimization of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Produce

以土豆的入库流程为研究对象,用Arena方法对农产品配送中心的土豆入库加工流程进行建模仿真。依据仿真结果重点对入库流程中各种作业活动、设施资源效率进行分析,对农产品入库加工业务流程和作业环节中效率低下的相关环节进行流程改进、重组和工作岗位人员安排的优化,接着对优化后的入库流程模拟仿真分析,结果显示新模型中的人员、设备资源利用率大幅提高。

In this paper, we used the Arena method to model and simulate the storage and processing of potatoes in agricultural produce distribution centers and then in viewof the result of the simulation, analyzed the efficiency of the various activities, facilities and resources in the processes, then improved or restructured the relevant links of low efficiency, and at last, by simulating the optimized storage and processing activities, demonstrated that the utility of personnel, equipment and materials in the newmodel was much more efficient.
