摘要
基于GPS、GIS和RFID等现代信息技术手段,研究建立了渣土水陆联运智能监管信息系统,利用GPS、GIS技术对船舶行驶的航线、航速等进行监控,通过RFID查检船舶资质、记录船舶信息和渣土重量,并在基于活动的成本分析基础上提出了若干政策建议。通过初步的系统仿真和实验室测试,验证了该联运系统在流程上是可行的,具有推广应用前景。
In this paper, relying of modern information technologies such as GPS, GIS and RFID, we established the smart monitoring information system of the land- water intermodal transportation of construction wastes, and on the basis of an analysis of activity cost, proposed several strategic suggestions for the transportation means. Through preliminary systematic simulation and laboratory test, we demonstrated that this intermodal transportation means was practically feasible.
