摘要
分析了退货物流的产生,面临的问题和解决的方法,以及退货物流对企业的重要性。并依据退货物流产生的原因尝试构建退货物流信息平台的概念模型与功能模型,以及体系架构。以解决退货物流中存在的问题,促进电子商务与物流的协同发展。
In this paper, we analyzed the causes for the occurrence of product return as well as its importance for the enterprises, then accordingly attempted to build the conceptual and functional models of the product return reverse logistics information platform as well as its architecture, and applied it to solving the problems encountered in the product return logistics.
