摘要
分析了网购物流发展的新趋势及面临的问题,在此基础上,提出了网购物流管理创新的基本措施,包括加强政府的引导、转变网购物流企业的组织结构、完善其活动的规则和控制体系、重视人才培养、提高企业管理水平、健全网络购物与网购物流企业的协调发展机制等。
In this paper, we analyzed the new trend of the development of the on-line shopping logistics as well as the problems encountered, on the basis of which, we proposed the fundamental measures for the innovation of the on-line shopping logistics management, including strengthening government guidance, transforming the organizational structure of the on-line shopping logistics enterprises, emphasizing talent cultivation,and improving the enterprise management level, etc.
