摘要
简述了生鲜农产品冷链物流的概念、特点与我国生鲜农产品冷链物流的发展现状,在此背景下,分析了我国生鲜农产品冷链物流中存在的内部、外部食品安全问题及其成因,并从政府、企业层面提出解决对策。
In this paper, we introduced briefly the concept and characteristics of fresh farm produce cold chain logistics as well as the current status of the development of the fresh farm produce cold chain logistics in China, then analyzed the internal and external food safety issues in the cold chain logistics practice in China and the causes, and at the end, proposed the corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of the government and the enterprises.
