摘要
针对物流业员工流动过大、就业稳定性差等问题,在珠三角地区的物流公司内进行问卷调查,并应用多元线性回归模型对收集的原始数据进行数理分析。结果表明,员工年龄、性别、就业机会识别、工资、福利、企业用工环境等都会影响到员工就业稳定性,其中员工年龄越大、福利越好、对就业机会识别能力越低、企业用工环境越好则员工就业稳定性越好,男性员工的稳定性低于女性,工资对于就业稳定性的影响比较微弱,企业应当改善用工环境,并改变单一的物质奖励措施以稳定员工队伍。
In this paper, in view of the instability of the employment of the logistics industry, we performed a questionnaire survey on the logistics companies in the Zhujiang River Delta region and processed the raw data collected using multi-factor linear regression model, finding out the significant level of the various influence factors such as age and gender of employees, wage, welfare and working environment.
