在对现阶段国际原油运输成本进行深入分析的基础上,建立了一个综合考虑物流运输成本的价值工程模型,通过计算价值系数,确定最佳成本方案,其结果既能保证国际原油的供应,又降低了运输成本,从而为实际的国际原油运输成本控制提供理论依据和决策支持。

In this paper, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the cost of the international transportation of crude oil at the current stage, we established a value engineering model that considered the logistics transportation cost comprehensively and then using the value coefficient, determined the optimal cost solution.
