成都市金牛区人群血压水平及高血压患病调查

Blood Pression Level and hypertension pvevalence of the population in Jinniu District

目的 了解金牛区人群血压水平及高血压流行现状和主要危险因素 ,以制定合理的预防措施。方法 用回顾性分析法对 1992年我区高血压普查资料进行分析。结果 共发现确诊高血压 2 70例 ,临界高血压 30 2例 ,临界 +确诊高血压 5 72例 ,患病率分别为 8 10 %、 9 0 6 %、 17 16 % ,患病率随年龄增高而上升 ,男女性别差异不明显。体重指数、家庭史是高血压危险因素。结论 高血压是金牛区人群的主要疾病之一 ,需加强社区高血压的管理和教育 。

Objective To study the distribution and risk factors for hypertension of the population in Jinniu District,Chengdu City.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to anaeine the data obtained from the survey on hypertension in 1992.Results The total number of hypertension cases was 572,including 302 cases of definite hypertension and 270 cases of borderline hypertension,the prevalence rate was 17 16% for the total,8 10% for definite hypertension and 9 06% for borderline hypertension.The prevalence rate increased with the growth of age.No significant differece between men and women was found.The body mass index and family history of hypertension were the risk factors of hypertension.Conclusion Hypertension is one of the major diseases in the population of Jinniu District,Education and administration on hypertension should be strenthened.
