摘要
针对传统的数据采集模块存储量不大、通用性欠佳的缺陷,提出了一种在下位机可设置参数的数据采集模块。以MSP430F149作为微控制器进行功能控制,由键盘设置采集模式、量程范围、采集通道、工程量转换单位和标定模式等参数增强了模块的通用性,TFT液晶显示器为模块提供了良好的人机交互界面,SD卡实现了采集数据的大容量存储。实验表明,该方案设计的数据采集模块满足了数据采集的通用性、准确性、实时性、可靠性的要求,实现了模块的智能化,达到了预期效果。
Aimed at the defects of data acquisition modules such as small storage and poor versatility, a data acquisition mod- ule set the parameters in the lower machine was proposed. The module took the chip named MSP430F149 as the mierocontroller which can control other chips. Acquisition modes, ranges, acquisition channels, conversion units and calibration modes set by the keyboard can improve the versatility. The TFT LCD provided a good man-machine interface. The SD card realized the bulk-storage memory. The experimental results indicate that the module designed by the program meets the requirements for commonality, accu- racy, real-time, reliability, and achieves the intelligent and expected results.
