摘要
基于单光路单波长红外光谱吸收技术,设计并实现了一种响应速度快的便携式制冷剂鉴别仪。该系统利用低噪声放大及滤波电路调理红外探测器输出信号,以ADuC842微控制器为核心,对信号进行高精度A/D采样并进行数字滤波。通过对实验数据的分析,运用线性拟合的方法拟合出吸收比与温度的关系以及参考光强与温度的关系,据此实现对R134a的快速检测。实验表明,该制冷剂鉴别仪能对R134a作出迅速的判别,基本满足工业应用的需要。
Based on the single optical path and single wavelength infrared absorption technology, this paper designed and im- plemented a fast response portable refrigerant identifier. The system used the low-noise amplifier and filter circuit conditioning IR detector output signal,used the microcontroller ADuC842 as the core to process the signal with high-precision A/D sampling and digital filtering. Through the analysis of the experimental data and fitting out the relationship between the absorption ratio and tem- perature and the relationship between the reference light intensity and temperature by the linear fit method, it achieved the rapid detection of B134a accordingly. The experiments show that the instrument can identify R134a quickly and basically meet the needs of industrial applications.
