摘要
文中根据国内外高炉冷却系统的测温现状,设计了一种能进行多点温差测量的仪器。提出了该仪器的功能、硬件组成、操作面板和软件系统的设计。该仪器能够进行多点连续累计的温度和温差测量、存储检测数据及查询等。该系统的硬件以STM32F103R6T6单片机为核心,应用铂热电阻组成的桥式电路进行测温,能够在LCD上显示温度及温差,且能够与PC机通信及打印。现场实践证明,该仪器的应用前景较好。
Based on current temperature of blast furnace cooling system at home and abroad, this paper designed a multipoint temperature measurement instrument. It introduced the function, hardware composition, operation panel of the instrument and soft- ware system design . The instrument included the functions of measure temperature and temperature difference of multipoint contin- uous integration,storage inspection data and query. The system hardware took STM32F103R6T6 single-chip microcomputer as the core, applied the platinum thermistor of the bridge circuit for temperature measurement, it can display temperature and temperature difference on the LCD, communication with PC and print. Practice shows that the instrument has good prospect of application.
