摘要
针对大块物料分选困难的现状,设计了一种大块物料色选的测控系统。通过FPGA驱动高速线阵CCD和相关双采样芯片得到下落物料的数字图像,然后针对大块物料图像面积大、连通性好的特点,设计了一种在FPGA中实现的矩形面积检测算法,实时地识别出物料中的次品;识别结果经延时控制和脉冲信号扩展后,驱动气枪喷射完成分选;ARM以触摸屏作为人机接口,控制系统运行,并依据回显的物料图像来设定系统运行参数。在制作的样机上进行测试,系统运行稳定,分选准确率高。
A measuring-control system of large materials' color sorting equipment was designed to resolve the difficuhy of sor- ting large materials. FPGA drove a high-speed linear CCD and a correlated double sampling chip to get digital image of the falling materials. Then a rectangular area detection algorithm used in FPGA was designed to recognize the defective materials in real time, based on the large area and good connectivity of large materials' images. After the delay control and pulse extension of the jet sig- nal, the air guns jetted to accomplish the sorting process. A touch screen connected to ARM acted as the interface for system-control and parameter setting, according to the images of the materials shown on the screen. Through testing the prototype of the design, the system runs stably and accurately.
