基于FPGA的高频电源模拟信号采集系统的实现

摘要 模拟信号的准确、快速和实时采集是电除尘器高频电源可靠运行的关键技术之一。文中设计了一种基于FPGA的工业级模拟信号采集方法。该系统采用串行通信的模数转换器AD7356解决高速与多通道的采集难题,并利用双口RAM完成高速A/D采样和速度较慢的CPU的速度匹配问题。与现有的高频电源采样方法比较,系统具有扩展性更强,工作可靠性更高,可移植性更好等优点。 The accuraterapid and real-time acquisition of analog signals is one of the key technologies for reliable operation of the electrostatic precipitator high-frequency power supply. This paper designed an method of industrial-grade analog signal acquisi- tion which is based on FPGA. The system used the analog-to-digital converter AD7356 that is serial communication to solve the problem of high-speed and multi-channel acquisition and used dual-port RAM to complete the high-speed AD sampling and slower CPU speed matching problems. Compared with the conventional high frequency power source sampling method, the system has some advantages such as more extensible, higher reliability and better portability.
