摘要
为了提高工业热电阻温度计校准效率,提出一种工业热电阻温度计远程校准系统,阐述一种采用C/S网络结构的具体实现方法,并解决远程校准带来的可溯源性和质量控制问题。系统硬件控制器以ARM9为核心设计,用户软件采用C++编写,数据库使用SqlServer。通过试验测试表明:该系统操作简便,功能满足校准要求。
In order to improve the efficiency of calibration for industrial resistance thermometer, this paper proposed a remote calibration system for industrial resistance thermometer. In order to ensure the traceability and solve the quality control issues of the remote calibration system, a specific implementation method for a system used the Client-Server network structure was expounded. The hardware controller of the system was designed based on ARM9, and the software was programed by C + + , and the SqlServer was used as the database. The experiments show that the system is easy to operate and its performance meets the calibration re- quirements.
