摘要
针对目前金属镁厂在金属镁球团压制过程中,存在自动化程度低、产能低等缺点,应某金属镁厂的要求开发一自动控制系统,介绍了球团压制工艺的流程,提出了一种PLC、变频器与调速器相结合的变频调速控制方案,给出了相应的控制原理框图,对硬件的设计及相关模块的选型、控制算法的实现做了详细介绍,经过现场多次的调试,主机电流维持在(120±15)A范围内。实践表明,采用上述控制方案很好的实现了金属镁球团压制的自动控制。
This paper was in view of the magnesium metal pellets pressing process in the magnesium metal factory at present. There are many shortcomings, for instance, the low automatic degree and low productivity faults, According to the requirements of a magnesium metal factory develop an automatic control system, this paper introduced the pellets pressing process flow, put forward a kind of omron PLC, frequency converter and governor combination of frequency control of motor speed control scheme, presented the corresponding control principle block diagram of hardware design and the related module selection. It introdured the realization of the control algorithm in detail. After the commissioning of the times,the host current maintained at 120 A ( + 15 A) range. Practice shows that using the above control scheme can realize good metal magnesium pellet pressing automatic control.
