摘要 针对目前MEMS加速度计信号处理系统在应用中满足小型化的需求,设计出了基于Microblaze的MEMS加速度计信号处理系统。采用FPGA作为硬件基础,嵌入软核CPU,扩展ADC、温度传感器、EEPROM、UART等外设接口。设计出了数字滤波器的原型,并通过递推算法在片内实现其功能。根据实测的加速度计温度曲线,通过多项式数据拟合的方法得出了零g下加速度计零偏关于温度的函数。实验结果表明,所设计的信号处理系统能准确采集加速度信息并传送给上位机,同时在启动温度补偿算法以后,加速度计的温漂得到了一定的改善,满足了加速度计系统实现高度集成化的需求。 A MEMS accelerator signal processing system was designed based on Microblaze,to meet the requirement of highly integrated signal processing system in MEMS accelerator application. A soft CPU core was embedded in a FPGA, with ADC inter- face,temperature sensor,EEPROM,UART and other peripherals. The prototype of digital filter was designed and its function was implemented in the chip by recursion algorithm. The zero g bias-temperature function was obtained by polynomial data fitting meth- od, according to the tested bias-temperature curve of ADXLI03. The experimental results indicate that, the acceleration information can be obtained accurately and transmitted to upper monitor by the designed signal processing system. The zero g thermal bias was improved with the temperature compensation algorithm, satisfying the highly integrated accelerator system.
