摘要
文中针对电化学气体传感器使用中存在的交叉灵敏度问题和气体传感器的特性漂移问题,设计了一套基于LabVIEW的传感器性能参数测试系统。系统由增强型51单片机构成的下位机与上位机组成,并利用定电位电解二氧化硫传感器对该系统进行了相应的实验验证。实验结果表明,该系统可较好的测量气体传感器的各种特性参数和曲线,为精确获取传感器最佳工作点、以及对交叉灵敏度和特性漂移引起的测量误差的修正补偿提供依据。
Contrary to the cross-sensitivity and characteristics drift problems existing in electrochemical gas sensor,a perform- ance parameters testing system was designed based on Lab1EW. The system constituted by the enhanced MCU slave computer with PC components,and corresponding experimental verifications was conducted by using constant potential electrolysis sulfur dioxide sensor. The experimental results show that the system can measure the various characteristics parameters and curves of the gas sen- sor,and provide a reliable basis for the exact optimal operating point for the sensor, as well as correction compensation to the char- acteristics of cross-sensitivity and measurement errors caused by characteristics drift of the gas sensor.
