摘要 基于Infineon半导体最新轮胎压力检测传感器SP37,充分利用其集成的丰富硬件资源,设计了一套轮胎压力监测系统。该系统由胎压检测模块、胎压接收模块和低频唤醒模块组成。低频唤醒模块唤醒胎压检测模块,胎压检测模块检测轮胎的压力、温度、加速度等信息,并发送到胎压接收模块。胎压接收模块对接收的信息进行处理成数据帧,通过CAN总线发送到车载显示仪表进行显示,并在胎压异常时进行报警。胎压接收模块作为一个CAN节点,易于集成到电子测控系统中,对车身电子分布式控制系统的开发具有较深远的意义。 The design of tire pressure monitoring system was based on the latest tire pressure sensor SP37 from Infineon semi- conductor which integrated rich hardware resources. This system was composed of the tire pressure detecting module, and the tire pressure receiving module and the low frequency awaken modules. The low frequency awaken module can awake the tire pressure detecting module, and the tire pressure detecting module can measure the tire pressure, temperature, acceleration and other informa- tion then send the data to the tire pressure receiving module. The tire pressure receiving module can processed the data into frames, and send to the car display instrument through CAN bus. In addition, the system would give the alarm to the driver in the unusual tire pressure condition. The tire pressure receiving module has the CAN - bus node which can be very convenient to be integrated into the electronic measurement system, so it has a profound meaning to develop electronic distributed control system.
