基于稳健回归的地磁检测模块误差分析与修正

摘要 分析和建立了巨磁电阻(GMR)地磁测量模块的综合误差校正模型,提出了采用稳健回归(M估计)实现对地磁测量数据的椭球面约束参数估计方法,通过反复加权最小二乘迭代算法求解回归系数,然后,利用谱分解得到回归系数和误差修正系数的映射关系。实验结果表明:该参数估计方法可有效修正测量传感器自身误差和软硬磁环境干扰引入的误差。 the comprehensive error correction model of GMR geomagnetic detection module was analyzed and Established, the estimation method of geomagnetic measurement ellipsoid constraint parameter was present by robust regression (M-estimation), it applies an iteratively reweighted/east squares algorithm to solve regression coefficient, afterwards, the arithmetic for calculating er- ror correction coefficient by spectral decomposition method is proposed. The experimental results show that the estimation method can correct ffectively measuremnet error caused by sensor itself and affected by the soft-iron and hard-iron magnetic interference in the environment.
