摘要
基于工厂现有KW静压造型线自动化铸造生产条件,对行星齿轮支架的铸造工艺及模板进行了设计。通过对产品试制铸件进行缺陷分析,提出改进方案,给出了熔炼、浇注、缺陷预防等工艺的控制要点。依此改进的工艺方案成功地生产出了QT600-3行星齿轮支架铸件,铸件品质达到要求。
Based on the existing factory automatic casting production conditions of KW seiatsu pressure molding line, the casting process and template of the planet gear bracket were designed. Through the defect analysis of the trial castings, the improvement scheme was put forward and the key points of the melting, pouring and defects prevention were given. The QT600-3 planet gear bracket castings were successfully produced, of which aualities meet the reauirements.
