圆锥可展直纹面侧铣加工算法研究

摘要 针对现有圆锥体表面数控加工方法,对五轴侧铣加工技术和直纹面数控加工技术进行了研究,分析了圆锥体表面几何特点,提出了一种适用范围更加广泛的圆锥体表面侧铣加工方法.以可展直纹面形成的过程建立圆锥可展直纹面侧铣加工数学模型,根据可展直纹面中母线的变化规律调整刀具姿态矢量并使用圆弧插补技术对圆锥体表面进行侧铣加工.通过仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性.此方法具有适用范围广,计算简单等优点,可适用于多种圆锥体表面的侧铣加工. For existing CNC machining method of the conical surface, five-axis flank milling technology and ruled surface technology are studied. After analyzing the feature of conical surface, a flank milling method for conical surface is proposed which has broader scope. The mathematical model of flank milling for cone extensible ruled surface is established according to the formation of ruled surface. Based on the circular interpolation technology, the tool vector can be obtained by means of adjusting the changing rate of straight generatrix. The results of simulation experiment demonstrate the effectiveness of the method. The method has the advantages of wide range of applications, simple calculation and applicable to a variety of conical surface flank milling.
