Research on Talent Resources Cooperation and Development Strategy in Fujian-Taiwan Culture Industry

闽台在海峡两岸文化产业发展的经济圈中,是一支极具影响力、极具潜力的重要经济增长带。闽台文化产业的当前与未来,面临着千载难逢的发展机遇,同时,也存在着百舸争流的人才挑战。为此,闽台应抓住两岸关系发展的重要机遇期,通过合作开发人才资源,打造闽台文化产业人才高地。这就需要在更广阔的人才"思维版图"上进行谋划和运作,以实现闽台文化产业的跨越式发展。

Fujian and Taiwan form an important and potential economic growth belt in the culture industrial economic circle of both sides of the Taiwan Straits. Fujian-Taiwan culture industry has a current and future opportunity of lifetime, while great challenge exists with the fierce competition for talents. Both Taiwan and Fujian should grasp the important period of strategic opportunity and cultivate a highland of talents for Fujian-Taiwan culture industry through cooperatively developing talent resources. Planning and operation should be done in broader thought for talents to realize the leapfrog de- velopment of Fujian-Taiwan culture industry.
