高校高层次人才保障房发展问题探讨

After defining the meaning of high-level talents in universities and colleges, we should carry out the fight system arrangement, including the corresponding distribution of housing area standard, location, property rights model, financial investment, construction, management and so on, in order to form the sustainable and healthy development mode and provide quiet, ecology, proper good living environment adapt to the characteristics of the science and education work of the class talented person.
