在分析现代物流园区开发过程中融资的影响因素构成基础上,借助结构方程模型对现代物流园区开发过程中融资的影响因素进行了实证分析,并从多角度提出了推进现代物流园区开发的融资策略。

Based on the analysis of influencing factors of financing the development process of modem logistics park in the form of basis, and by means of structural equation model, this paper presents empirical analysis of the factors affecting financing the development process of modem logistics park, and puts forward the promotion of modern logistics park development strategy from the perspective of financing.
