摘要
礼仪教育作为企业文化、企业精神的重要内容和企业形象的主要附着点,是加强铁路企业服务文化建设的重要抓手。铁路服务文化建设必须大力提升服务理念与服务品质,同时与弘扬本民族优秀礼仪文化有机结合,以礼仪教育培训为切入点,大力提升干部职工的礼仪素养、语言表达、行为礼仪和服务意识。
The etiquette education, an important content of enterprise culture and image, is a key starting point of strengthening the construction of railway enterprise service culture.The construction of railway service culture must improve idea and service quality, at the same time promote the organic combination of the excellent national culture etiquette.With the etiquette education and training as the breakthrough point, we could vigorously enhance the cadres and workers of the etiquette literacy, language, manners and service consciousness.
