“素养工程”背景下高职教师职业能力发展途径探析——以柳州城市职业学院为例

摘要 高职"素养工程"培养目标对高职教师的能力需求提出了更高的要求。高职院校教师要注重提升以培养应用型人才基本目标的实践教学能力、以培养"职业通用能力"为核心目标的课程开发能力、以"学生工作课程化"为主导思想的学生工作能力、以完成高职人才培养目标的创新教育教学能力和以促进教师自身素质提高的科研能力。 The training target of "Quality Engineering" at higher vocational colleges put forward higher requirements for teachers capacity.Teachers should attach importance to practical teaching ability for cultivating applied talents;course development ability for "general occupation ability", the guiding ideology of students' ability to work, so as to achieve the goal of innovation education and improve the quality of teachers' scientific research ability.
