摘要
为提高火电厂的整体运行效益,提出了基于分布式的PLC火电厂输煤控制系统设计方案.通过科学地控制火电厂输煤系统的供煤量和供煤时机,以提高煤炭的燃烧效率.重点阐述了基于西门子的PLC控制系统详细设计方案和分布式的PLC控制器联网及通信机制,在此基础上设计PLC控制程序,优化火电厂输煤策略,提高了火电厂用煤效率.
In order to improve the overall operation efficiency of the thermal power plant, this paper designs a thermal power plant coal handling control system based on distributed PLC design.It improves the coal combustion efficiency by scientific control of the coal supply amount and time in thermal power plant coal handling system.It highlights the Siemens PLC control system design and distributed PLC controller networking and communication mechanism.On the basic of PLC control program, it optimizes the thermal power plant coal handling strategy and improves the efficiency of thermal power plant coal combustion.
