摘要
新能源产业是国民经济战略性、先导性产业,对拉动经济增长、调整产业结构、推动工业转型升级、突破能源瓶颈制约具有十分重要的作用,但其核心技术研发往往伴有高风险、高成本、高外溢性、低回报率.基于此,在探析新能源核心技术内涵及其发展必要性的基础上,通过对江苏、广东、浙江三个代表性省份新能源及核心技术发展情况的分析,提出了我国今后在发展新能源产业及核心技术方面的对策建议.
The new energy industry is the leading and strategic industry in national economy. It has been playing a very important role in stimulating economic growth, adjusting the industrial structure, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, and making breakthroughs at energy bottleneck. However, the research and development of the core technologies in the new energy industry are often accompanied by high-risk, high-cost,high spillover and low rate of return. In this paper, the concept of core technologies in the new energy industry and the necessity of their development were discussed. The development of new energy and relevant core technologies in three representative provinces, i. e. Jiangsu, Guangdong and Zhejiang, was then analyzed. In addition, suggestions for future development of new energy industry and the core technologies in China were made.
