摘要
目的 :用TLC法测定板兰根、大青叶及其板兰根冲剂中靛苷含量。方法 :将板兰根、大青叶及板兰根冲剂中所含靛苷水解后与吲哚醌缩合生成靛玉红 ,再用TLC进行测定。双波长反射法锯齿扫描 ,λs=5 40nm ,λR=70 0nm ;狭缝宽度 :0 2mm× 0 2mm ;灵敏度 :中 ;线性化器 :SX =3;展开剂 :氯仿 -丙酮 (12∶0 5 )。结果 :靛玉红标准曲线线性范围 0 0 8~ 0 2 4μg·mL-1;回归方程 :Y =2 49 0 3+ 382 0 4 6 1X ,r =0 9999;平均回收率 97 75 % (n=5 )。结论 :方法简便 ,准确、易行 ,可作为板兰根、大青叶及其制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective:TLC determination of indican in the Radix Isatidis,Folium Isatidis and Granules of Banlangen(Isatis indigotica Fort.).Method:The indican of Radix Isatidis,Folium Isatidis and Granules of Banlangen was hydrolyzed respectively and then Isatin was added into it to produce indirubin .It was determined by TLC.Dual wavelength reflection zigzag scanning was performed:λ s=540 nm,λ R=700 nm;slit width:0 2 mm×0 2 mm;sensitivity:medium;linear parameter:SX=3;developing solvent:chloroform-acetone(12∶0 5).Results:The standard curves for indirubin was linear in the range 0 08~0 24 μg·mL -1 .Regression equation: Y=249 03+38 204 61X,r =0 999 9.The average recovery is 97 75%( n =5).Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and convenient.
