斑蝥素乳膏含量测定方法的改进

An Improved Method for the Determination of Cantharidin Cream

目的 :重新建立斑蝥素乳膏含量测定方法。方法 :利用斑蝥素的溶解性 ,采用热碱溶解、冷却与基质分离 ,酸化后氯仿提取 ,再用部颁标准上的气相色谱条件 ,测定斑蝥素乳膏中斑蝥素的含量。结果 :回收率为 10 0 4% ,RSD =1 9%。结论 :方法准确、快速 。

Objective:The method of a quantitative determination for cantharidin in cream was restablished.Methods:To make use of solubility of cantharidin,the sample was dissolved with heat solution of sodium hydroxide,cooling,separated from the bases,acidified and extracted with chloroform.Determination of cantharidin in cream by GC.Results:The average recovery was 100 4%,with RSD of 1 9%.Conclusion:This method is accurate,rapid and eliminate disturbance of the bases.
