1临床资料
患者，女，30岁。超声所见：胎儿双顶径5．0cm，头围20cm;颅骨光环不规整呈“柠檬征”，双侧脑窀见大片状液区间声，右侧宽约2．6cm，左侧宽约2．2cm，颅后窝池消失，小脑呈“香蕉征”；
