正交试验优选赤小豆萌芽工艺研究

摘要 以赤小豆萌芽为研究对象,用抗敏活性作为优选萌芽工艺的指标。在产地筛选的基础上,通过L9(3^3)正交实验,对光照、温度、水分3个因素进行考察。确定最佳萌芽工艺条件为无光照、温度30℃、浇灌次数3次/天。在此条件下,赤小豆萌芽提取物透明质酸酶抑制率为90.67±4.82%。优选出的产地及萌芽工艺设计合理、结果可靠,为赤小豆萌芽抗敏功效研究提供了参考依据。 To optimize the origin area and technology for rice bean sprouts with anti-allergic effect. Anti-allergic effect was chosen as indexes. The best technology was determined by L9(3^3) orthogonal test. The factors of sunlight, temperature and moisture were investigated. The optimal germination conditions for rice bean were optimized to be germination for 4 day at 30℃ with no illumination and irrigation 3 times/day. The experiment method is simple and stable. To provide a basic research for rice bean sprouts anti-allergy activity, and also can be as a basic experimental methods for screening process of rice bean germination.
