摘要
在九钢现有原燃料品质的基础上,将烧结矿碱度由1.85下调至1.60,通过调整含铁料配比和烧结操作参数,稳定了烧结矿质量,使高炉入炉料中烧结矿配比达90%,实现了九钢发挥烧结机产能,降低炼铁成本的目标。
The basicity of sinter ore is descended from 1.85 times to 1.60 times based on the existing quality of raw material in Jiujiang Steel. Through adjusting iron material ratio in sinter and operation parameter, the quality of sinter ore is stable. The ratio of sinter reaches more than 90% in raw material for ironmaking. The productivity of sintering machine is fully developed and reducing the low cost of ironmaking.
