摘要
通过对新钢10号高炉炉缸四段冷却壁漏水的原因进行分析,发现热应力是导致冷却壁水管剪断的主要原因。采用U型透明管检漏及冷却壁穿管修复技术后,冷却壁漏水现象明显改善。
The reasons for cooling wall leakage were analyzed in section four of No. 10 blast furnace hearth in Xinyu Steel, and found that the thermal stress is the main cause of water pipe cutting in the cooling wall. The phenomenon of cooling wall leakage is obvious- ly improved after adapts the technique of u - shaped transparent pipe leakage detection and repair of wear tube through cooling wall.
