摘要
针对某钢厂采用方形键连接来传递转矩的万向联轴器其方形键连接处承载受力面小,受剪切力和挤压力的作用而失效的问题,改用梯形齿连接后,加大了承载受力面抗剪切和抗挤压的能力,减少了设备故障发生,提高了万向联轴器的使用寿命。
Aiming at the problem of failure transmitting torque though universal coupling with square key in a steel mill, the trapezoidal tooth joint are used through analysis and improvement. The results show that the square key joint, which to transfer torque of the universal coupling, bears small load driving surface and are invalidated by the shear force and extrusion force. When using trape- zoidal tooth connection mode, the ability against the force of shearing and crushing are increased, improving the service life of universal coupling, reducing equipment failures.
