摘要
针对短波自适应通信系统的功能特点,在基于模糊理论和层次分析法(AHP)的基础上,构建了短波自适应通信系统综合效能评估指标体系,实现了对短波自适应通信系统效能的定量评估,分析结果验证了方法的可行性。
