基于TL494芯片的导航雷达开关电源设计

摘要 根据小型导航雷达工作需要,设计了一种开关电源,分析了TL494的工作原理及开关电源的工作过程,设计中加入了滤波电路,过压、过流保护电路,采用了光敏三极管使输出电压稳压且可调。通过实物测试,该电源能够满足当前小型导航雷达的实际需求,并且具有效率高、体积小、质量轻等优点。 According to the operating need of minitype navigation radar, this paper designs a switc- hing power supply,and analyses the operating principle of TL494 and operating process of switc- hing power supply. In the design,the filtering circuit, over-voltage and over-current protection cir- cuits are added,the photosensitive triode is adopted to make output voltage regular and adjustable. Through the practicality test, the power supply can meet the practical needs of existing minitype navigation radar, and has the advantages of high efficiency, small size, light quality.
