On "People Oriented" Belief in Policing Management

"以人为本"是现代大学教育的哲学观,是现代大学最重要的办学理念,也是高校学生管理工作的重要理念。公安高校担负着为公安机关培养和输送高素质的公安人才的重任。为此,公安高校学生警务化管理工作更应适应形势发展的需要,在管理工作中注重树立"以人为本"的管理理念,通过观念创新、内容创新、机制创新等完善原有的警务化管理的体制和方法,只有这样才能培育出更加全面发展的公安人才,以服务于公安实践。

＂People Oriented＂ is a philosophy view in modem college education and an important belief either to run a university or to do students＂ management. It is the police colleges that cultivate lots of policemen and policewomen with high quality. That is the reason why the students＇policing management in police colleges should adapt itself to the development of present situation. Only when they set up ＂people oriented＂ belief in policing management and have the old managing system and methods perfected, can police colleges rear an all -developed generation to make a better service for the public security.
