摘要
讨论计算机辅助工程(CAE)前期介入对汽车零部件轻量化的作用和意义,分析设计开发流程以及有限元软件的适用范围,通过大量的仿真试验数据得到不同材料与强度大小的关系,对通用的几何模型进行有限元分析,研究原型零件的宏观尺寸对其强度的影响,获取原型零件结构尺寸的变化规律,并且得到了CAE仿真分析中计算精度与网格划分的关系.
The role and effect of computer aided engineering(CAE) early adoption technology in weight reduction of automobile were studied. Design and development process and application scope of finite element software were analyzed. According to a large number of simulation test data, the relationships between different materials and bending strength were discovered. Based on finite element analysis for the general geometrical model, the effect of geometry on strength in the prototype part was studied,the law of structure size changes was found, and then, the relationship between calculation precision and meshing was got by CAE analysis.
